   Beth has been brilliant supporting my partner and I as first time buyers - we were recommended Beth by an estate agent when we first put an offer on a house and it's been so valuable to have her there to contact throughout the process. She recommended a local surveyor and a solicitor to us, making that part of the process much easier, and both of them were excellent too. She kept an eye on the market for better mortgage deals for us, and found us a better deal and re-applied to get us a lower monthly payment. She helped get us updates when there were delayed due to enquiries further up the chain. She explained and made recommendations for life/illness cover for me, and let me tailor it to what I wanted before submitting the application. She is so friendly and really cares and is excited for us, and has made the whole experience nicer. The phone calls we had with her were efficient and informative, and it was great being able to easily/conveniently communicate via WhatsApp and ask questions along the way. I highly recommend Beth - if you're wondering whether the cost is worth it, I'd say it definitely is. Her support is especially helpful for first time buyers, where every step of the process is unfamiliar and new it's so valuable to have someone to explain the steps to you and answer questions along the way. She provides valuable information, recommendations, positivity, and peace of mind.
