   I usually enjoy visiting the swimming pool in Sowerby Bridge — the facilities are great, clean, and family-friendly. Most of the staff are lovely and helpful. However, during our last visit, we had an upsetting experience with a staff member named Connor, who spoke to me and my family in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He was racist and his attitude really spoiled what should have been an enjoyable day for us. It’s a shame, because the rest of the team do a great job, but this experience left us feeling very uncomfortable. I hope management looks into staff training and customer service so other families don’t have to go through the same thing.

   My little boy attends SEND swimming lessons here. The pool can be abit chilly at times but that can be due to body temperature due to weather outside. I highly recommended each and every staff member There. They are always happy to help and there is always someone around to help.

   Went to the inflatable fun swim, myself & another older mum were the only mums on there. My son wanted me to go on with him so we raced across, my arms were really aching the next day as i pulled my own body weight across a few times!!! It smelt a bit did the actual inflatable. We didn't last the 75 mins as myself & my son got bored as you can't even swim when the inflatable is up.

   Go for the gym and classes. The gym is good the classes are great. We go from 10am to noon on weekdays when we can help it. Usually plenty of space to get around to all the equipment.

   Brilliantly ran gym that I would recommend to all of my friends. I was warmly welcome by all of the gym staff and all of the gym goers, as everyone is do friendly! Dave helped me with guiding me towards the swimming pool and described, when asked, about the PH levels. Nobody overly intimidating like you'd in a few other gyms. And the weights were of great size. The changing rooms are very discreet and all of the locks are of working order. Will definitely tell the family. Was pleased to see the showers had soap :) There was enough soap. I respect the no diving signs, makes it very clean and obvious of the rules. See you on the next gym session.
