Very friendly staff, clean, and the most important thing is they really look after your cat during its stay. Would highly recommend.
Our lovely cat is in a good place. The cat enclosures have plenty of fresh air and is kept in a nice clean environment.

We have used Kingfisher for about 3 years. Have always received great service and would recommend to anyone. We know our cat is in safe hands when we leave him there and don't need to worry about him.
Professional/knowledgable/Caring. We had our 2 young cats stay here last week and they were well cared for.
All cages are clean and comfy and all the cats seemed relaxed and well taken care of. There were no bad smells or stressed yowling! We were able to walk around the cattery and set up our cat with all his equipment, toys, and blankets etc. to make sure he was settled in. Our cat James boarded for 10 nights and came home just as relaxed and happy as he was when he left. Especially great as they managed to fit us in on such short notice :)
Been using kingfisher for many years. Both rabbits and guinea pigs are well looked after. Wouldn't go anywhere else
Our two cats have boarded with Briony and the team multiple times over the last year or so and are always so well looked after. We so appreciate knowing they are in good hands and we can relax and enjoy our time away without worrying about them. They settle in really quickly, and It’s so stress free simply to drop off knowing all their food and other needs are taken care of - no packing up supplies! It’s great they can go in together, and they always come back calm and content (though I think they miss the comfort and luxury of a heated bed when they come home!). Thank you all for your kindness and care - it’s a home away from home for them.
First time leaving our bunnies here, but we were so impressed. Firstly great paperwork very thorough to know all their traits etc, also got to see bunnies accommodation and settle them in ourselves. Also as ours had recently lost their bond (but needed to still see one another), they were so helpful throughout to dealing with this. So knowledgeable about pets. Thank you so much. Very highly recommended will definitely use again.
Our cat had her first holiday at Kingfisher Cattery and it was our first time leaving our cat to cattery. When she came back home, she was very calm and very happy. She was well cared during the time she stayed. I can't thank enough to Briony for taking so much care of our cat! Anytime I contact with Briony, I received prompt response about any question I asked. Great place for cats.
