   Not sure where the other reviews came from, but this place has been running for many years now and never has there been a case of gdpr issues being broken or anything as such. Business has gone through changes and services have changed however staff try their best to accommodate and help you get a good deal. Good buy back deals and good customer service! Small business just trying to do their best.

   Don't trust them. Breaking all sorts of Gdpr rules, they use your phone whilst in with them. Go on your personal accounts, emails, messages, Facebook etc. Whatever you have on there they are trying to gain access to. If you're phone is in any shop be it for fixing or buy back nobody should be using it or accessing your things. That phone should be turned off and only turned on once they own it or for testing, all personal details should then be cleared by factory reset. These people could be committing fraud, running up your bill, taking personal data, trying to gain access to bank accounts etc. Very poor service not to be trusted

   I would advise taking off the sign ‘western union’ if you don’t have if for a while now. One day was closed when I tried to collect my money, on the second day tried calling no answer when went to the shop got told they don’t do it anymore. What’s the point of having the sign displayed, such a misleading information and waste of my time!
