   I don’t think anyone read my bad experience with my new car, I was disgusted how we were treated when collecting my new car, and no one phoned to see how I was getting on with my new car. I had to go back to Vauxhall to find out how my car worked and Kalvin (new car salesman) bless him asked how we were and I explained what had happened and he took me to the car and he sat me in the car and explained everything, thank you Kalvin. All the interactions I’ve had with staff there have been successfully concluded and whether in line via chat or on the phone all staff at all times have been knowledgeable and very cooperative and pleasant.    I hope you don’t end up like me being involved in a serious accident where you’re left out of work & generating no income because may god help you with this company. 11 weeks ago I was involved In a serious RTA which left me out of work to this day. I need financial support which this company DO NOT offer what so ever. Even if you explain your unprecedented circumstances it won’t matter they will not make any effort to assist you an help in anyway & when you ask to speak to a manager your told some absolutely cobblers where they can only get back to you in 4-5 days time??? Company of bandits with zero aid for customers if anything were to happen to you, they honestly don’t care which is why I would warn anyone to avoid using this financial company going forward because if your ever left stuck during times of uncertainty they will not offer any help or support to you.

   Brilliant customer service. Takes seconds to get through. Very helpful staff. Had my car insurance with these guys and never had an issue with it. When I contacted them to settle my finance agreement early, it was settled within minutes and the agent was very knowledgeable with answering any questions i had. The staff are so polite, probably the best contact centre staff I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend.
