   Excellent welcome from the staff who took time to confirm our pets health record and give him some fuss and attention to put him at ease, then through to the consultation room where we met a vet who is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Ten minutes later, issue sorted , a very reasonable fee paid and we are on our way home with a very happy greyhound. Thank you folks, you made our visit memorable for the right reasons. Highly recommended, the focus is on animal welfare rather than profit.

   Always a lovely experience at Medivet Oadby. The vets are always very nice and don't push any expensive treatments. The receptionists and the vets always treat our dogs with lots of affection and definitely care about their customers. Highly recommend this practice.

   Had to get my puppy her 2nd L4 vaccination and everywhere else was booked up until late August. I called Medivet Oadby and they got my puppy in for her vaccination. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff came and fussed my puppy and made me feel at ease with the procedure. I was very impressed with the service and the staff! If I lived closer I would definitely use them as my vet's but unfortunately for myself I live over 8 miles away from them so I will not be able to get there so I will have to use another vets whom are closer to my address. Thanks for getting my puppy sorted and I really wished that I lived closer to them!

   Absolutely disgusted by their service. I took my daughter's cat to medivet last summer for a skin condition, they prescribed a steroid treatment that significantly worsened my cats health. At the time we moved to another city fleeing domestic abuse, we were in emergency accommodation with no money and hardly any belongings, so I cancelled any unnecessary bills to feed us, I had fled with 3 children. I cancelled medivets insurance since not only had their treatment further harmed my daughter's cat, we would not be returning to the city or vets. For the past few months I have been hounded by their collections agency for £10, they've called non stop every day and emailed, can you imagine the extreme distress this is causing at a time I'm trying to settle my children into a new city, having been torn away from all their friends and family. Every day we were living in fear and now this harassment is causing emotionally distress, they have today threatened if I don't pay £15 they'll charge me hundreds in fees. Medivet you should be ashamed. The photo where she has lost most of her fur was after her medivets treatment, she had only lost a few tiny patches when we took her in.

   I have always found the staff to be helpful and professional. They really care for our pets they look after. They also explain anything we need to know and are very patient with the pets owners. I feel very confident when taking Missy to the surgery whether it’s for a regular check up and injections or when she is unwell.
