Great Horton Park β Beautiful but Needs Better Maintenance Great Horton Park is a lovely space with lots to offerβideal for walking, relaxing, or spending time with family. The greenery is refreshing, and the open space is great for all kinds of outdoor activities. However, there was noticeable litter scattered around, like empty bottles and wrappers, which took away from the experience. The pond, while a nice feature, was unfortunately dirty and had a strong smell, with even a couple of shopping carts thrown in. Itβs a great park overall, but definitely in need of some upkeep and care.

I do park runs in this park. The path is a little hilly, which makes the run challenging. The park environment is a lovely place for a walk with kids or dogs, have a picnic or sit and relax and enjoy the park. They have a basketball court here, its not the best but it there. They upgraded the playground, putting a sand play area that's very nice. There is a beautiful garden as well. It's peaceful here.

Haven't been here for around here for at least 15 years. Place has changed a lot for the better. Plenty to do for the kids. Even exercise equipment, lol. Dogs absolutely love this place and don't wanna leave most times.

Nice place, lovely to walk round, comes with its problems like any other area, bits of vandalism here and there, but over all a lovely park.
