   Great Staff, Helpful, friendly, and always greet me with a smile on their faces. Really good service, good interest on savings, and low-interest loans should I ever need one. I am not sure what the 1-star review was about as I have never had a bad experience with them

   Today your office opened at 10am. I called at 10:34pm. To witch I was greated by a answer machine repeatedly. So I continued to call in order to speak with a member of staff. On the answer of the call. The staff member asked is that phoning repeatedly. I replied yes I tried to explain that I was mearly trying to speak with a member of staff. His reply was outrageous and unethical. How dare you call like that we are extremely busy. If this man is not able to deal with a basic phone call I strongly suggest that you obtain new staff. I remain calm and tried to explain that the job center had given me the information to contact you to obtain information in regards to opening an account. I asked to speak with his manager he refused to do so and told me to leave a message. Then to
