Not too busy, even for Christmas, and Chloe helped me sort a nice Christmas gift for my wife. Also puss in boots was there to give my little girl a candy cane! So everyone was happy

I’ve been into boots at fosse park many of times and had great service. Over this Christmas period I’ve been in a number of times, I’ve had the same lady approach me asking if I need any help. I’ve always gone away wishing I’d got her name as she is very approachable, helpful and nothing is ever too much. Last night I managed to bump into her, same friendly manner. I asked her name which she said Pauline. So this is a shoutout to anyone going into boots at fossepark to ask for her. You won’t be disappointed. Merry Christmas

We visited Boots Fosse Park 3 October 2025 and had an exceptional experience with Lizzy who works in the fragrances / cosmetics department. Lizzy came up to us and she was so friendly, helpful, polite and down to earth. We had a great conversation and she took her time to understand what I wanted and recommended some lovely products - of one which I bought there and then. Lizzy has such a warm, charming and sincere demeanour and you can tell she really loves her job which is selling great products with a genuine interest in the client. We left the store walking on air! We will definitely be back thanks to Lizzy and her service as well as the vast range of products that you sell. Keep it up. 10/10.

On Saturday evening, I purchased cosmetics at the Dior counter. I bought two lip glosses and an eyeshadow palette. When I asked about the price, the sales assistant told me that one lip gloss cost “£30-something” but that there was a 15% discount. I agreed, as it was meant to be a gift, and asked for nice packaging. It turned out that the assistant wasn’t actually a Dior employee, so she called another lady for help. Unfortunately, she replied in a very unfriendly tone that they only pack items in paper bags. In the end, my purchase was poorly packaged by a Chanel sales assistant. After paying and receiving the receipt, I noticed that the discount hadn’t been applied. The sales assistant then told me that the discount didn’t apply to those lip glosses. Overall, it was a terrible customer service experience. Dior and Chanel are supposed to be premium brands, and customers should expect a high level of service. Very disappointing – I do not recommend.

I visited Boots looking for skin care products for my menopausal skin issues. I spoke with a friendly professional lady called Charlotte on the Clinique counter, who was so helpful. I highly recommend her if you need any advice about skincare. Nothing is too much trouble on any of the counters in this shop. It isn't too big that you feel lost in it or too small that they don't sell everything you need. It's just right. There is also plenty of parking but the weekend can get busy.

Please correct your Monday and Tuesday closing time here. It says 9 pm. I came from North of Leicester (10 miles away) as I read that to be the closing time. I arrived at 8:20 pm. The shop was closed and the closing time posted on the entrance door for Monday and Tuesday was 8 pm, while on Google it was 9 pm. I just wasted petrol and an hour of my time due to this mistake. Please correct it so other shoppers don't suffer the same way as I did. Thanks.

OK, wide isles for my wife's wheelchair. We were looking for 2 or 3 specific items. We stopped a manager to ask to location info, which he obliged and took us to the Isle. Good variety and choice. With Boots you get what you expect.

I visited the Clinique counter and what a great experience it was! I cannot recommend the young person who served me enough. If you want good advice about skincare and make up this is the place to go.

A big Boots in Fosse Park, which sells almost everything for your beauty, health & well being needs with big brands, such as; Clinique, Lancôme, Mac, Benefit, Estée Lauder, etc., also gifts, children clothings & toys, pharmacy, photo department, optician, food & snacks, etc. Lots of offers in story. Click & collect service available. At the check out area, there are lots of self check out, can’t even remember if any check out with staff, it may not be so convenient for customers who are not good with “technology”. As the story is in Fosse park, many free parking spaces with disabled spaces and parents & children spaces with time limits.
