The reception team are always lovely and caring & Tomi is full of knowledge and always takes the time to explain everything. Nothing is ever too much at Medivet Syston.    I have been using Matthews for many years. I have cats and dogs and he has always taken good care of them I had a lovely cat that was nearly 23 years old when she passed away, Matthews looked after her throughout her life. towards the end she had many visits to the vets and he always took such good care of her. i now have a dog that i entails regular visits to the vets and he always gives me good advice. Last time i was really worried and he was great and put my mind at ease reassuring me that it was not as serious as i thought. He said that i could take her back or ring anytime if i was worried or she deteriorated. I have been to other vets and whilst the environment maybe nicer i have yet to find a vet that offers a simple but knowledgeable service at a good price. I have been to vets where i have been advised to undergo expensive tests and treatment that has not resolved the problem (i would be happy to pay the price if the treatment was successful). I have then gone to Matthews and he has sorted the problem out and its been a fraction of the price. People comment on his manner and yes on occasion i would agree his mood might be termed a "bit grumpy". but in the main he has been friendly and polite, I would not go to another vet unless Matthews referred me!
