   Such an amazing team, my cat was struggling for the last couple of months of her life due to Megacolon. The team were so attentive and caring, towards not only her wellbeing but mine also and were so supportive during the last few months of her life, with constant check ups on myself and call ups to check on her wellbeing, very truthful and caring up until she had no choice but to be put to sleep. Can not thank the team enough, and highly recommend their care.

   Can’t thank pets at Coalville enough for their attentive care to my cat, having experts at hand and not only caring about my cat but my wellbeing also. A great team throughout with a friendly reception team and compassionate vet team who really put the animals first! I wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else thank you so much x

   Had to have our beloved Ruby put to sleep and we could not have asked for a better vet, she was kind, caring and compassionate, she understood our emotions and treated us and Ruby with respect. She helped us so much through the process we couldn’t have done it without her. She gave us a little room to sit in and say our goodbyes and didn’t rush us to get the deed done, she said take your time and let me know when you are ready. We sat there for about hour and half before we could bring ourselves to say yes we are ready, and in all this time she kept popping in with tissues and kind words. I would like to thank HER and the staff in Coalville for your patience and understanding and we will be forever grateful for your kindness

   Abby has to put 2 of my cats to sleep in just 5 days. She was so kind, understanding and caring. She was so gentle with the pets and showed great respect to them. She was also very kind to myself and my husband. I was so glad it was Abby that was able to do this. I can't imagine anyone else doing it. Thankyou so much, you were just amazing. Debbie Hucker

   Really lovely service as always from Vets for Pets in Coalville. The staff are absolutely lovely, so kind and caring and very friendly! My cat Midnight was so well cared for during his castration op today. I'd highly recommend!

   Would not waste your time registering any pet here. Brought my dog for a full health check, vet didn’t raise concerns about his feet even when there’s big huge lumps, leaking of pus, and bleeding. Vet was abbey at John, would not book with her. The receptionist was also rude. When my dog is seen with another vet elsewhere & he’s prescribed something, I will be filing a case against you as this isn’t a way to treat people & their vulnerable pets. Do your job properly or find another career.

   My recently experience with this Vets4Pets branch was fantastic, everyone helped (Dawn and Sophie) was super nice, friendly, understanding and professional, they did more than I could imagine to help animals, I thank you so much for all their hard work. The vet is located upstairs inside Pets at Home, there is a lift for customers and their pets if needed, the waiting area is spacious and clean. Lots of free animals related leaflets / advices. Plenty of free parking spaces, including disabled and parents & children parking spaces as it’s in a shopping centre area, do watch out the free parking time limit.

   We've recently moved in to the area & transferred to the Coalville branch from one in Birmingham. We visited twice in a week as 2 of our dogs had ear problems. We'll, what a difference we found. We were able to get appointments the next day & both vets we saw we're amazing. Great with our boys & explained everything to us including costs involved. The stand out difference for us was the receptionists at Coalville. SO friendly & helpful both on the phone and face to face. We can't believe the difference & so pleased we've found such a friendly,caring team to take care of our 3 boys. We would recommend without hesitation.
