Would highly recommend Heidi and her team after using them for two members of my family. Found them to be very friendly and helpful and Heidi quick to respond to queries and messages. Cleaning done to a high standard and on time.
It’s such a stressful time when a parent needs more support at home. Heidi’s team are great as they offer an all in one service for when you need extra support but are not in need of more intensive personal care. Staff are so friendly and help with anything from cleaning and ironing, to accompanied outings (appointments or social occasions). Dad has really appreciated getting to know everyone and I am thankful that he has such a caring team of people who have helped us and him maintain his independence. When I first moved into my new home the first thing I wanted was to get a cleaner. Heidi was recommended. I'm so glad that I listened to the recommendation. After an initial chat with Heidi it was decided that I would get a deep clean first and then they would come every other week. The deep clean was fantastic. I now have two ladies that come fortnightly and my home is spotless and tidy when they leave. When I am present they are so polite and they always have time for a chat, whilst working. When I am out at work and come back it's so pleasing to see how clean my home is. This is a fantastic company and all of the ladies that come are professional and hardworking. If you are looking for top quality cleaners that you can trust and relying then this is the company you want to use. Heidi the owner is absolutely lovely too.
I had a one off clean having never used any sort of cleaning service before. The ladies that did the clean were professional and hardworking. The house has never looked so clean. I was even asked if there was anyone with allergies in the household beforehand. 5⭐️ service.
