   I got a great end of tenancy clean done recently. The job was much more than expected. Photos and videos were shared when they accessed the house, but they managed to arrange the extra work needed at very short notice. Excellent communication throughout which was a massive help. I'll be happy to use them again.

   Fifi went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank her enough! I was initially quoted for 3.5 hrs but the job ended up taking 5 hours and I was very grateful that Fifi continued on, the place was spotless and organised and it took away so much of my stress I am so thankful. It was easy to book with Sara, really speedy turnaround as I asked for a slot ASAP but I ended up being ill and not being able to respond, which obviously wasn’t ideal for them. Regardless, they were very understanding of my health and as a disabled person it was really nice to not be guilt tripped for messing up. I was treated with compassion and respect at every turn. The service was affordable (I did pay extra for the extra time it took, but Fifi did tell me early on it would be impossible to do the job in 3.5 hours) and efficient and overall a very positive experience of something that feels quite personal. I’ve never booked a cleaning service before and I was really nervous, I had a lovely experience and I highly recommend OCD Services!

   An excellent experience. Sara was very easy to contact and make arrangements with, she was professional and worked to a quick timeframe. The clean was very thorough and I particularly liked that the team let us know when they were almost finished so we could check the clean before they left. Would highly recommend.

   Absolutely outstanding gardening service! Sarah was extremely helpful over the phone when enquiring, especially seeing as I didn't know much about anything! Got booked in really quickly. We had unfortunately let the garden get completely out of control with weeds and needed it doing before we moved out. The ladies arrived ready to start bang on time and cleared the entire section I requested to a very high standard in a few hours... See before and after pictures I have added. Very impressed, would highly recommend!
