   I was a little nervous about boarding Roman, as this would be the first time he has stayed away from home since I got him around 6 years ago, but I needn't have worried. Jo was very welcoming on arrival and I could see as I walked through to the Bunny annexe her love of animals, which instantly put my mind at rest. Jo let me settle Roman into his pen, which had already been set up for his arrival and was an ideal size for Roman as a single rabbit. Jo set Roman up with a bowl of water and some nuggets, whilst I left some of his favourite chew toys. Throughout his stay, Jo sent me through some photos on whatsapp of Roman enjoying his fresh veggies. It was nice to truly relax on holiday and not have to worry about Roman. When I went to collect Roman, Jo was telling about all the different fruit and veg he's had, some of which he wouldn't touch at home!! Haha. I was really impressed with the whole set up, including booking through the Binky Boarding website. I am soon to be dropping Roman off again for a two week break at the beginning of October.

   Our darling guinea pig, Holly, had never stayed at Binky's before but had a great time in early July. Jo sends pictures so that you can see your pet while you're away. Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. We wouldn't hesitate to leave our two new girls with Jo at Binky's in the future.

   Jo is the best, she is like our family already, Dumbo stays with her 2/3 times a year. In summer he stays 4 weeks minimum and my family and I are super calm and happy to leave him in the hands of Jo Dumbo loves her very much and shows it every time he sees her, he likes her new and beautiful facilities and likes every day she cares about him. We have been leaving Dumbo there for last 3 years and he has been lucky to find Jo. We have had other experiences but not very good, any with so much transparency and sincerity and help as Jo. Jo and her husband are charming and you can see from the beginning that they love animals. They don't deserve a 10, they deserve a 100. They are lovely people. Dumbo will spend August with them and we are super happy because we know that they are a vacation for him too. Thank you Jo for your dedication in the care of Dumbo. Xxx

   Jo was very welcoming when arrived to drop our bunny off. Stayed whilst he was settled in to his 5* accommodation. Was asked what his likes and dislikes were. Felt very comfortable leaving him there for his stay. Whilst he was there , Jo text to say he’d settled in ok and was eating fine and sent a photo of him enjoying a morning treat. Later on in the week she sent another couple of photos of him enjoying the outside run in the garden. On arrival to pick him up you could see that he had been looked after like he was part of their family. He has now settled back in at home but I think he has had the most enjoyable holiday himself. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Binkys - it’s luxury accommodation with a very personal touch. Thank you Jo - Blue will be looking forward to his stay with you in July.

   My bunnies have been to Jo a few times now and everything has been brilliant. Jo goes out of her way to make sure the bunnies are well taken care of and regularly sends pictures and updates about what they have been up to. Would highly recommend.

   Super happy I decided to board my 2 guinea pigs here while I was on holiday. It feels like a home away from home for them. Everything is lovely and cozy and super clean. I love that they got time outside to play in the garden. It was lovely to receive photos and videos as well so I knew they were enjoying themselves. Have already booked to bring them back.

   Jo has been great from start to finish. Responding quickly to emails and giving all info needed. The buns enjoyed their stay and the attention I'm sure! Jo also clipped their nails for me and gave me some good info for future which I really appreciate. The set up she has is beautiful and you can really tell she knows her stuff and loves animals so much. Thank you so much and will definitely be contacting you in the future to look after the buns again!

   My rabbit spent 2 weeks at Binkys Boarding and what I can say is that Rory didn't seem very excited to come back home and leave aunt Jo and the furry friends behind. He really had a great time, been well taken care of and spoilt. He is very fussy and came back home with a new preference for his hay lol. Been sent pictures and updates via whatsapp constantly. Jo is a lovely person who loves animals. When I first brought Rory, she took him out of his carrier and hold him, something Rory doesn't like and I expected him to look alert and scared, but no. After a few seconds he just looked so calm and peaceful in her arms and it made me so emotional. I know he felt she has a good soul and he just trusted her. Will defo bring Rory back every time we need a place for him. This is his holiday!

   My 2 guinea pigs spent 2 weeks at Binky’s while we were away on holiday, they were extremely well looked after and I loved the fact I got WhatsApp updates on how they were doing and photos sent during our time away. Jo is a lovely person and takes such good care of all the animals she looks after, would definitely recommend Binky’s to anyone looking for small pet boarding.
