   Yes, they’re a veterinary centre and they charge accordingly but their staff are well informed, polite and helpful. Sunny has been with them since a puppy and is very happy. I strongly suggest anyone with a pet takes out insurance as it’s very likely you’ll need it at some point in your pet’s life.

   I recently moved to Barry and after reading several great Google reviews about Barry Veterinary Surgery, I chose to sign up with them. I'm so glad I did. Having taken my cats down for nail clippings with the nurse and one of them for an operation, I can't fault the service they provide. The reception staff are always so friendly and helpful whenever I call to make or amend an appointment... which I am so appreciative of. They also really went the extra mile to arrange claiming back from our pet insurance, which I was really grateful for. The nurses are all so kind and patient and they go above and beyond to make our cats feel safe in their presence. The vets are incredible too - our Siamese cat had to have a lump removed and Gianmarco was really thorough and professional throughout the whole process... he ensured that he called as soon as the results were in and made sure we had all of the information we needed. 5* service all around and I love how the waiting area is always very clean and tidy too. So grateful to have found BVS and I know our cats will always be cared for with this surgery. Thank you!

   They are top class! Little Alfie boy been there a couple of times and the staff have be excellent over the phone and in person. Extremely caring and professional. I recommend them very highly.
