My dogs stayed for 9 nights whilst on holiday, my dogs have never been so happy in a kennel. All dogs are well looked after and feed well. My dogs come home happy and smelling beautiful. Highly recommen and will definitely only be using them going forward.
We have been using these kennels for our dogs, esta and bugsy, for nearly 7 years . They/our dogs love going there when I pull in once, sometimes twice a year they both go crazy/excited and always remember the place every time. The staff go above and beyond every time, and my dogs love them also. This year, there is a grooming service at the kennels, which is a win for us picking up our clean, fluffy dogs is such a bonus, and the groomer Nat did such an amazing job .
Stumbled across this business online and so glad. The girls there are so polite and warm and we just good a good feeling about it and haven't been wrong. Our Spaniel has stayed here lots of times now and we always get pictures and a video (didn't even ask for them first time so was a lovely surprise). Always extremely responsive to messages and calls and the dogs all seem very happy. Absolutely recommend.
Left my doberman here for the first time and i think they done a good job, my boy has insane separation anxiety but they still managed to get him to go for walk with them. Would have been nice to be told that the place he would stay at is different from the kennels shown on the website, and unlike the photos you need to bring something yourself for them to sleep on. Was contacted quickly when I left a dissatisfied review, they respectfully and reassuringly apologised the stay Bear had was different from what i expected. Very happy with how they handle everything, will definitely leave him here again.
I’ve been taking my dog here for the last few years and I am always nervous when it comes to leaving him behind. Essex Pooch Palace have always kept me at ease and will always be the place I take him back to. Tayla is so caring and kind to him
Have left my dogs with the Essex pooch palace for many years now and can honestly say I would not leave them anywhere else. It spotlessly clean (quite a task with so many dogs) The dogs are cared for like they were there own dogs and played and exercised with regularly. When my little chihuahua cross was brought there the first time, she was a bit anxious but everyone went that extra mile to spoil her and get her out of her shell. The staff are also quite knowledgable and giving good advice on dog question. Extra nice little touch is the regular update on Facebook of what they get up to whilst the owners are away. Can only give 5 stars as gmail does not allow more.. but in my view at 10 ** place
We left our two beloved Italian Greyhounds at the Essex Pooch Palace during a holiday abroad in May. The team at EPP was fantastic. They did everything to accommodate the boys well and sent us regular updates and pictures. During a heatwave they even arranged a pool party! EPP is a place that genuinely cares for the well-being of their little guests and I can recommend them without hesitation.
