   Sad store! There's a tall guy there at the front till i dont think he washes his face! Totally useless! What kind of farmacy does not sell surgical spirit? Just stay away for your own good!

   Very rude telling me they are the pharmist they dont even know what tablets are for apparantley asprian & ivabradine are antiphsycotics they need to go back to med school asprin thins blood ivabradine heart med its a beta blocker in my experiance Jen is incompitant

   I phoned the pharmacy this morning in a bit of a panic as my GP surgery was out of appointments by 8:04. The pharmacist working, Waqar, was unbelievable. I had a few sensitive issues I was concerned about . He listened, had a tremendous about of empathy and addressed the concerns one by one. I left there more content than I have any other GP appointment. Thank you so much for your impeccable customer service. I am extremely grateful to you!

   Lucky if they open at all, let alone at advertised time. Some days it's prescriptions only, so you can't even get over the counter medicines. Absolutely no rhyme or reason to their opening hours. I totally understand staffing issues, but surely if this is the case, they should revise the opening hours temporarily instead of letting people turn up and hope to god they opened. Often see multiple staff inside past the advertised opening hours having a chat but with all the doors locked.

   Absolutely appalling experience. I was fourth in queue to pick up important prescription for mother-in-law. Waited nearly an hour to be served. One customer was with the only assistant for twenty-five minutes! When eventually served I was told that the medicine was not in stock but would be in within 24 hours and I would receive a text message. No text message arrived. Tried phoning the number I was given but nobody bothered to answer and eventually received a message saying that store could not answer my call. I really expect better from a national company like Boots. Will avoid like the plague from now on. Management seriously needs to review their customer service policy and it’s implementation.

   Worst chemist. Refuses to answer phone, just takes it off hook. Messes prescriptions up CONSTANTLY so u rarely ever get them when they're actually due, they split them up so you're always back and fore they're rude, and seem to not be capable of doing their job.

   I ordered my parcel almost one month ago to be delivered to my local store, my local store is always closed, never answers the phone. I’ve had no emails regarding my parcel worth over £100 so rang head office this morning who kindly informed me my parcel had been lost! Not having a replacement or email regarding my parcel is terrible customer service, further more can’t receive my refund from boots as was bought via PayPal so was informed to contact them who have opened a case. So I’m £100 down currently and have no parcel! Thanks boots for a huge company you’ve been fab! NOT!
