   I was a loyal customer here for over three years, regularly buying what I was told (by staff) was a unique, in-house dog food formula. It genuinely helped my dog’s digestive issues, and I trusted the shop’s story — that they had developed this food themselves. Because of that, I paid the premium happily. Now that the shop is closing, I’ve learned the truth: it wasn’t a special formula at all. It was just bulk dog food, rebranded with a custom label and story. And to make matters worse, I’ve since found the exact same product being sold elsewhere — at a lower price. Yes, the food works. But I feel completely misled. I was paying more based on a false narrative, and that’s the real disappointment. If you’re considering shopping here or buying similar premium-labelled pet food, I’d advise doing your homework first. Sometimes what looks like a boutique product is just a rebranded bulk item. PS: I'm not scaremongering or bad-mouthing. The proof is there for all to see, go and compare the ingredients list with something from Jollyes and many other places. Shared ingredients, indentical analytical values. Why lie?

   Beanie loves going to Pets World! As an older boy he needs that little bit of extra care, which everyone at Pets World gives to him in spades! We also love being able to see photos and videos of him on their Facebook page! I would recommend Pets World again and again!

   We have been using Pets World Doggy Hotel for many years to board our two rather energetic Border Terriers, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Lesley has always been incredibly helpful and informative, making the whole process smooth and stress-free—even when we've needed to make last-minute bookings! The team in the main pet shop area is equally fantastic, always friendly and ready to assist with any requests. The care and attention they show towards our dogs is second to none. We highly recommend Pets World Doggy Hotel to anyone looking for reliable and caring boarding for their pets.

   I heartily recommend this business, even though my gentle rescue collie became sadly, so very anxious during his seventh visit there and it was decided that he could not manage ‘kennels’. We had, by mutual understanding, been building him up over three months to being settled in kennels. I was travelling 43 miles each way for each visit, in order to use this recommended business! The staff, particularly Manager Lesley, were always so pleasant, so attune to the needs of various dog breeds, good at communicating each way any concerns and I would suggest WISE. I think they were truly upset, when he ‘failed’. I met several owners during my visits, including those of three other collies. All of these folk were returning users and very happy with the place, the set-up, the service, the CARE. This is a smaller boarding kennels, with settled staff. Reception is reached by walking through the large pet products store and is quite small. Booking in was always suitably limited to one owner and their dog(s) at a time. I was shown the Hotel rooms. Large, glass fronted, warm, comfortable raised beds, piped classical music ! MUCH better than any others that I have visited I am aware (but did not actually see) that they have really large grounds and walking areas. I am sad for my poor boy, rescued from two previous awful owners. He is despite that, very loving. Has lived with me for nearly five years. Unfortunately, it appears that he will likely only manage a live-in home boarding situation. And I will have to begin again, looking for such an environment. I believe strongly, that The Pet Hotel and staff could have done NOTHING MORE than they did, to help my boy.

   Leslie and the team at Pets World have been just fantastic. We have been using them for nearly 2 years now since coming to live in Staplehurst - we have 2 dogs, one of which is a little rescue and needs a lot of help when it comes to socialising. We have never been able to have anyone to look after him before and it made going away very difficult... we no longer have these worries. Leslie and the team put it so much hard work to get to know Frodo (and Remus but he's a big softy anyway), that he now feels safe with them too. We never thought this would happen and are so grateful! 10/10! Thank you so much and here's to many more years!

   Fantastic Shop/Kennels, we use them regularly for pet dog food and treats. They do an amazing dog food for dogs with sensitive tummy's. The dogs often stay too, the kennels are large and warm and the team is fantastic with handling them. Multiple walks and play times as well as cuddles through out the day.

   I don't even know where to start! Our lovely Bella went to stay with the brilliant team at Pets World Kent in September for 2 weeks whilst we moved house. Our move got delayed and she ended up being there for 6 weeks! The team were beyond incredible, we were extending every few days and nothing was too much trouble! We got daily updates on their Facebook page and we had multiple conversations with Lesley throughout her stay who reassured us and looked after her so well. Bella is such a loving cat, who likes sitting on your shoulder, loves cuddles and being brushed and everyone who met her made sure she got lots of attention and treated her as if she was their own. She came home happy, healthy and very loved! We can't recommend them enough and we have already booked Bella in to visit again! Thank you to Lesley and everyone at Pets World Kent! Five stars just doesn't seem enough! x

   After visiting other establishments earlier this year we made contact with Leslie at Pets World, what a professional she proved to be; we placed our dog in the Tester Day for which he enjoyed but further down the line nearing the time of placing him in the kennels. Leslie contacted us asking if we could bring him in for another overnight stay as they has found post Covid that some dogs do suffer separation and in such instance would require the dog to be retrieved.This we cooperated with and fortunately he didn’t show any unfortunate signs. Pets World have a wonderful team who really care for the pets in their charge, as Leslie said they would always send the owners photos of their pets including cats,imagine how reassuring it was being a thousand miles away to receive photos and occasional videos of one’s pet. Cost is relative but to my wife and I it was worth every penny and we will have absolutely no hesitation in placing Titian into the loving care of Leslie and her professional team.

   We’ve been using Pets World Kennels for quite a few years now for our dogs. The kennels and facilities themselves are second to none however what makes it the perfect place for us is the staff. Lesley is brilliant. She knows our dogs so well we never have to worry when we leave them. We get updated via their FB page which is great. The dogs hardly look back - they know they’re going to get pampered and fussed. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks for all the years of care guys.
