Have just got back from our first grooming session, and could not be happier, Tam was so friendly and kind, she sent updates throughout his appointment and I now have a wonderfully smelling pup. A brilliant groomer! We brought our 2 year old cocker spaniel to Tam after searching everywhere for someone who could spend the time with a very nervous dog - and we were so glad we did. Tam spent so much time giving our dog love and affection to put him at ease and managed to give him a cut, wash and dry! We couldn’t believe it and were so thrilled. Two happy owners and a very happy dog (who appreciated a trim after the hot weather!). Would definitely recommend Tam and will be booking in again soon.
It was my dogs first time ever being groomed and I’m so glad we did it here. Tam was so lovely and she made my dog feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job and had really good knowledge, she also passed on some advice which is always welcome. I brought my puppy to Tubbs for his first proper groom (as he’s had 2 puppy grooms elsewhere previously) and I absolutely loved the service I got. I felt very welcome and very confident my puppy was in safe but very capable hands. I liked having updates on how he was getting on throughout the groom because I was a bit nervous of him misbehaving but he was such a good boy.
