The staff, Amelia just assaulted me at the groomers, pawfect touch, not so pawfect!! This was just after asking them to correct their worse groom i have ever taken my dog to...i was asked to pay again for the bad groom and when i refused, i was assaulted!
We booked Misha the Caucasian Shepherd with Hannah and we weren't disappointed! Misha is a giant dog and can get quite nervous but Hannah was brilliant with her ! Misha left the groomers looking fantastic and smelling divine ! Thank you so much! a 5 * service !

Pawfect Touch Salon is 'PERFECT' ~ Perfect grooming ~ Perfect efficient, friendly and very caring to my Hungarian Puli (Benji) He has a full coat of dreadlocks ~ hence Grooming him is a 'specialists' job, it is an awkward and time consuming task, but Hannah is amazing and makes him look fantastic ~ not only does he leave looking like a 'new' dog, he smells absolutely gorgeous too! Benji is a very nervous little pooch, but I trust Hannah and her girls explicitly with him as they are all so loving and understanding. A million thank you's Pawfect ladies :>))
Fair pricing. My saint bernard enjoyed his time here. Had it done a week ago now and he still smells just as fresh as he did when he first came out. Very impressed! Staff are so friendly and welcoming too. This will definitely be my regular groomer for my dog from now on.
