   I contacted Kitty @perfect paws to find a companion for my 74 yr old mother. Kitty contacted my mom directly, discussed her needs and vetted her home before pairing her with a beautiful calm cocker spaniel called Phoebe. When we collected Kitty took time ensure they bonded and that my mom was aware that if she needed any support or to rehome Phoebe they would take her back at anytime. You can tell Kitty and her family do this for love and not money. The kennels and animals were so well kept and loved. Thank you, my mom and Pheobe have become besties.

   Absolutely lovely place, they really know their stuff and were honest with us. They genuinely want the best for the animals they take on and were happy to answer our questions. They were realistic with us and helped us come to a decision and settled our worries. I think the contract they ask you to sign is perfect, it's their commitment to the animal for life.    Absolutely brilliant dog boarding! We’ve used Perfect Paws a few times now. We have 3 dogs and Walter is now very old and needs special care. Nothing is too much trouble! The dogs always come out healthy, happy and clean! Thank you Jocelyn, Kitty and staff. We wouldn’t use anybody else!!!

   Picked up our dog and had been bitten by a dog or cut her self in the kennel and they said didn’t know anything about it when I went back up to them and said something must of stung her and she did it. But the vet said it’s either a bite wound or cut from something sharp. Tried to call the kennels but number unavailable. My dog is now on pain relief and antibiotics because it’s infected.

   We were worried about leaving our elderly dog for 10 days as due to COVID he hadn’t been in kennels for a long time. But I needn’t have worried as he came back really well and happy ( not anxious like previous visits to other kennels) I have utmost trust and confidence in the staff and they clearly love all the dogs in their care. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
