   Joy paws is a fantastic doggy day care service recommended by my daughter who also takes her dog here. My little ray of sunshine and his brother absolutely love going to day care. They treat all the dogs with love and kindness making sure they have full filled day. I feel confident knowing my dog is safe and well looked after. Thank you for providing a safe place for sunny when I need it. X

   I cannot say how much our dog LOVES his play days, and his hotel overnights! He always comes home exhausted and happy. Kim and her staff are kind and compassionate, and clearly LOVE their jobs. It's easy to keep the dogs happy, the great customer service comes in keeping the puppy-parents happy, and they do a fantastic job of updating and keeping in tough.

   Maisie has the time of her life on her visits and stays here. Kim and team are incredibly experienced and do so much to keep her engaged and enriched. She loves the wonderful walks and playtime with the other day trippers and happy camper dogs, such a fantastic opportunity to socialise. Photo and video updates are lovely to receive. Would give 10 Stars ⭐️ if I could. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   We were really struggling to find somewhere for our two Cocker Spaniels to stay whilst we went on holiday and, after failed trials with other boarders, we had almost lost hope until we found Joy Paws. Other boarders we found just expected our boys to settle after only meeting them a few hours earlier which never worked, but Kim completely understood that they needed time to build a rapport. Kim was willing to take the time to get to know Victor and Jack and, after a few sleepovers and trips to the daycare, we have just collected them from their week stay at the hotel. They had such an amazing time we were a bit concerned that they wouldn’t want to come home! Kim and all the team at Joy Paws went over and above in ensuring that the boys had a great stay and that we felt reassured whilst we were away. The regular flow of photos and videos meant we could have a great holiday knowing that our boys were being well looked after. I cannot thank Joy Paws enough for welcoming our boys into their family for the week as well as all the little day trips in between. Everytime they go over they return absolutely knackered from all of the great walks and socialisation they receive. Victor and Jack always rush straight in when they are dropped off and are already booked in for their next holiday in May 2025!

   I was lucky to find Joy Paws recommended on Facebook when we needed last minute dog care for a family holiday. Spencer is not the easiest dog, as he was a rescue originally and takes time to settle. Kim instantly put us at ease with her warm welcome and utmost care & attention for Spencer’s needs. After his trial he settled well with his new buddies, Kim & team. They took him on daily adventures to the beach, woods and park nearby & gave him lots of fuss and attention. He’s from a family of 5 children who were thrilled to get the daily updates of his doggy holiday whilst they were in the USA. Spencer spent over 2 weeks at Joy Paws, came home contented, relaxed and smelling great! We will always leave him with Kim and her amazing team in future. Thanks so much Joy Paws! You are simply the best.

   Kim and Steve are amazing dog hosts, our dog now can't wait for us to go away, so he can have his holiday to. It is a very professional and friendly set up. The dogs are regularly walked and are definitely given that extra level of care. We were kept well informed with pictures and daily updates. Our dog certainly came back happy, clean and smelling fresh. We highly recommend both the hotel and day care and it is well deserved of the 5 stars that we have given.

   Our puppy Border Terrier Teddy has been warmly welcomed at Joy Paws for both day care and hotel boarding this year. From our first induction meeting we knew Joy Paws was the best place for Teddy.    Highly recommend Joy Paws Hotel. Kim was so helpful from the initial chats and welcomed our Dachshund into her home. Our dog absolutely loved her stay over the weekend and appeared to have settled really quickly, Kim is a natural with dogs and sends regular updates. We're very grateful that Joy Paws could accommodate our needs and work so flexibly with us. If you're looking for a home from home dog sitter, Joy Paws is amazing and your dog will love it ❤️

   My 1yr old Spaniel goes to Joy Paws Day Care once a week and this weekend stayed at the hotel for 3nights. I received daily messages, photos or videos which were really appreciated and meant I could enjoy my holiday with peace of mind. He can’t wait to go in every time we arrive at the gate and seems to have the best time. Kim is so passionate and provides a first class service that is caring and understanding of the dogs needs.
