Wouldn't take our dogs because none of us would be there that they know This is the the whole point of boarding kennels and the woman on the phone was extremely rude Avoid at all costs and go with someone more professional
Friendly family run and always accommodating. My dogs always happy to go with them and clean and happy when we pick him up. Always a bowl of sweets or chocolate on reception as well which never gets missed
Lovely, caring people and the kennels are large and clean. My dogs have stayed a few times and didn't want to come home!
Have used it for 20+ years so would recommend it for both dogs and cats. Very caring and animal loving couple where our pets are always happy to be looked after.
Highly recommend Branch Cottage Kennels, my Cockapoo absolutely loves going there and Brian & Jeanette couldn't be any more helpful and are evident animal lovers.
First of all the photos of their kennels are shutterstock images. Secondly their kennels are stables. If the dogs bark the top section of the door gets shut so in effect the dogs are put into cells. My dog went here and was not hoself for days. These people are not capable of looking after dogs any bigger than a jack russel. This is basically a cattery. If you have a cat like dog then I presume they will get on marvellously. But be prepared for your cat like dog to be housed with other cat like dogs. If I could give zero stars I would. Before you leave your pet here - do a little unannounced visit and ask to see the kennels. These folk should stick to selling dog food. It’s honestly quite shocking. And the more folk that I speak to the more horror stories I hear. Sad but true.
Very well run, accommodating and friendly. I cannot rate them highly enough. Our cats are always looked after really well to the point they don't want to come home. Board is really good value and you know that they will be well looked after. The cattery is always clean and good size accommodation allowing for enrichment. Would highly recommend.
