Although Lucy has been grooming my daughter's dog for about a year, this was the first time I had taken him. What a lovely experience. He was so relaxed before and after and came out looking beautiful. I would highly recommend Lucy's services, especially if you have a dog that gets anxious about being groomed. Thank you, Lucy.
I have been taking my dog since he was a very small puppy. Lucy is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. When my puppy became very anxious, Lucy has taken time and care to help him become less fearful. She is also brilliant with general advice. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else, he is treated like a king and it is very clear how much she loves dogs.
Cannot recommend Barking Beautiful enough, Lucy is so good with Duggee and really treats him as if he were her own, Duggee is always really happy to go there and always comes away looking and smelling fantastic.
Noodle (my dog) was very nervous about being groomed after a bad experience at a groomers. After one groom with Lucy, she was absolutely fine with it. Lucy is amazing with her and Noodle loves her, she’s treated like one of the family. She was butchered at her last groomers and Lucy has worked hard to restore her beautiful golden coat. She always does cute little extras such as little themed bows or neckerchiefs and Noodle always smells like Chanel! Dreamy! We are so pleased that we found Lucy and highly recommend her.
Would highly recommend Lucy at Barking Beautiful. Much calmer dog and experience. Well organised and competitive rates. The main thing though is how happy our little boy is with Lucy. She's worked hard to build trust from the moment she met him and as a result he looks better than ever whenever he's been with her. Lots of tips, advice and help too. Milo - Our 1 year old cavoodle has had a few pamper sessions done at barking beautiful Cosby. We can’t recommend Lucy enough! We are welcomed with a lovely smile every time we walk through the door. When milo first started going he was slightly nervous due to previous grooms but she made sure he was comfortable and took thinks slowing to put him at ease, He was soon settled in and by the time we went back to collect he didn’t want to leave. Every time we turn up he can’t wait to get inside, she also has a lovely garden so he can have a run around before and after being groomed can safely say he’s always a happy dog when returning from being with Lucy :) Xx He also always looks and smells amazing when he comes out! Xx
Glad we found Lucy to take care of our boy. He is a sensitive soul and needs gentle encouragement, in Lucy's care he is given time out if he needs it. He comes home looking as beautiful as his nature is, smelling fresh and at least 3 shades lighter than when he arrived....Thank you Lucy, your love and dedication to your career shines through. I would highly recommend Barking Beautiful! My dog is very nervous when being groomed and was with his previous groomer since he was a puppy before she moved away. I was anxious to find someone else that he would feel comfortable with. Lucy at Barking beautiful was wonderful with him. She was very patient and gave him lots of fuss and attention. She was happy to adjust to whatever my boy needed to feel more comfortable. Considering that it was his first groom with a new human, it went really well and I have Lucy to thank for that.
