   Very friendly and professional place! Drew did our dog's teeth, it was his first time having them done so I didn't know how he would be. But he clearly loves it there as he couldn't wait to go back the next time! And his teeth look fantastic now which is great for his health, thanks so much

   On 15 October I phoned Cloud K9 about a cat grooming session and was told to fill in a waiting list form which was on their website. I filled the form in and sent it. On 22 October Cloud K9 called me and said that an appointment had been made for my cat on 25 November at 3.45pm. I turned up on that time and date and was told that they had no record of my booking or the form that I had sent. I was told that a deposit is required to secure a booking and they send a link for this, but I have checked my phone and email and have not received this link. The lady could not fit me in as they were fully booked that day. She apologised and said that if I booked again she would reduce the price. I had just driven from Nuneaton to Earl Shilton for nothing. I appreciate the apology but I will not be booking with them again. I can't rate their grooming skills but I can rate their customer service. 1 out of 5.

   Nissa and Drew did such an amazing job of grooming our cat. We took him in and he was so matted but they managed to do a fantastic job of dematting him. I would highly recommend their services, thank you Nissa and Drew.

   Did a great job with my cat, Tolkien back in May. I was a bit nervous about booking him in, as he can be a bit nasty when it comes to getting groomed at home. They helped me through understanding the approach and options- I used an oral sedative from the vet, which settled him enough for them to do a great job, de-shedding his winter coat and freshening him up. I would definitely recommend them and will be back.

   Our little Milo had his first grooming experience at Cloud K9 this week. We were nervous as Milo hadn't been groomed before, and he hates the bath!! We are put at ease straight away and felt comfortable leaving him. We were even shown how to check his nails which was really helpful. When we picked Milo up he was so fresh and clean and he smelt amazing!! We (and Milo) loved it so much we have booked in future bookings! Thank you so much, 100% recommended!!

   My little dog throughly enjoyed his visit to Nissa to get 'poshed up' for Christmas. I would have no hesitation in leaving my dog with Nissa. She connects with the animals through kindness and love and is also very good at her skill. First class.

   We booked with Nissa from recommendation by our usual groomer who had unfortunately fell ill. Nissa fitted my 2 pups in quickly and at a time to suit us as we both work full time.    Nissa takes such great care of our pooch. Our dog is an over thinking collie cross pup with lots and lots of energy but Nissa is always so calm and takes things slow so he’s now super comfortable getting pampered. Super knowledgable and she does a great job! Thank you ♥️

   Brilliant service. My Rough Collie, Storm always looks amazing following his grooming sessions here. Nissa is so patient and kind with him and has fantastic knowledge of how each individual breed should look. Only the best products are used too. Highly recommended.
