I was 100% satisfied with the service provided by Michelle White at Salisbury House. Her attention to detail throughout our mortgage process was outstanding! With us being first time buyers, we were completely overwhelmed with the amount of paperwork and the online portal that our solicitor sent us. If it wasn’t for Michelle, we wouldn’t have understood how to complete parts of the application nor the process , as we were not instructed by our solicitor. Michelle went through the whole process step by step explaining everything along the way, which made a huge difference to our experience.

we were introduced to Salisbury house a few years ago when looking at a remortgage to raise funds for an extension, and then recently remortgaged. solid advice on all occasions, including deals that werent on the market. sometimes the process doesnt move as quick as we liked, but this is primarily down to HSBC being pretty slow to respond, but the team at Salisbury have provided a great service.
