   I cannot thank Bina Chauhan enough for her help with my re-mortgage. I think my situation was slightly different than usual, in that I was looking for a Retirement Interest Only mortgage, and I am now 70 years old. I was told by several Financial Advisors that this would be difficult, if at all possible. When I first spoke to Bina Chauhan, we talked about my requirements and discussed my financial situation.
