Staff are all so helpful and lovely, always give amazing customer service! Alannah always helps me with everything I need in the shop and supports me with anything I need on the Post Office, going above and beyond to make my shopping experience positive.
Fantastic Service! Having been shopping I was approached by an assistant named Lauren. She was very friendly and polite towards me. Being an elderly person myself I needed a lot of guidance and I couldn’t have asked for any better service. Lauren went above and beyond in which I was extremely grateful for. Lauren deserves special recognition! Fabulous young lady…we need more Lauren’s!
Went in a few days ago to use the post office and one of the staff members, i think she was called lauren was really warm and friendly, she stopped what she was doing to help me and really cheered me up when i was having a bad day. I just want to thank her as she made me smile
Yesterday i came into the store and the lady with the brown hair, i think her name tag said laura was extremely inappropriate. Swearing and hollering when i have my 4 year old child with me. Not only this, but the service was appalling, too busy laughing and joking with coworkers than acknowledging customers.
Great shop and very helpful staff
Lovely staff. Really welcoming and smiley. My only gripe is that sometimes they "don't have time" to help you at the PO in the morning (this has happened 3 times now) and they send you away lol However, that said, they are really lovely folk who work there and despite the PO saga (it's now a local joke) it's a welcoming and nice environment to purchase items from.
Useful and convenient shop this. Really friendly staff - very helpful as I struggled with my wrong glasses at the till lol.
