    Just been into the newly opened and refurnished coop in Denholme for 3 things - cash machine, coffee machine and a packet of cigarettes. Cash machine not working, coffee machine turned off and cigarettes out of stock. Your shiny new store is useless. Not enough staff so had to wait at counter to be served until they eventually noticed me and then was flippantly informed of a lack of stock. You spend all that money to make the store nice and fail on all counts this morning. Sugar coating with nice new fridges hasn't made this store any better. Do better and be better please.

    Absolutely fantastic store , my little girl needed the toilet and a member of staff over heard and took my little girl round the back to use the staff toilet . Lovely customer service

    As per other reviews, staff are very rude. Girl on till was sat on the counter with her back to customer. Which ever charm school she went she needs to ask for a refund

    Never any pastries ready on a Sunday morning...never. I have to go to Thornton, Cullingworth or Oxenhope, who always have them ready BEFORE OPENING. Denholme staff are miserable, sort it out Coop, every other branch on the area is great.....Except for Denholme, letting the side down

    The store's emplyees do not follow the social distancing guidelines set by the government. They were sat down having a chat with a member of the public at the end of the aisle, causing myself and others to get too close. Which meant I could not shop properly either. With such a blatent disregard of rules and putting the public in danger, I will not be returning despite living in the village. Very disappointing attitude.

    Great little store in an oldie worldy rural village Very competitive with prices, staff always helpful and polite, everyone knows who by name. The only issue I have is there pay as you go top up system If it's raining or windy it does not work, this has been going on for a year now and nobody seems to care., I get the impression they rather let customers down than get the system sorted.

    I went to return some cake that was 4 days out of date when sold. Then cheekily I was charged 5p for the exact bag that i used to return the cake! When you buy multibuy items - it is not clearly labeled as to which items are part of the deal, so you end up paying more at the till. They are very helpful though and there is a free cash machine so it's not all that bad!
