   This shop use to be amazing just last July I bought few things xbox, watch, a TV and 3 phones, staff was amazing and helpful but last couple of months, staff is just fed up and rude, I asked to speak to a manager and I heard him reply from inside: " No, he doesn't meed to speak to me"!!! It was shocking even when he came out he was very dismissive and short. I am sorry but I will spend money somewhere else, shame staff chamged

   Needs serious evaluation rude to my wife after a pc came damaged broken claiming there policy’s for delivery arnt covered for insurance in case of damage or loss my husband has several cuts from the glass and internal components broken and dislodged when this was brought into question it was suggested we swapped out components this matter is now being reported to SMALL CLAIMS COURT WITH THE A COMPLAINT TO BOTH Ombudsman AND WATCH DOG FOR DAMAGES AND SLANDER and selling goods long distance charging the premium of £20 for delivery that’s not secure and insured as advertised rude management should not be allowed to suggest rude and inappropriate comments to consumers even suggesting citizens advice are incorrect

   First time visiting this branch. Took a brand new boxed and still sealed Pixel 10 Pro XL in, firstly he basically called me a thief (nice start to proceedings) - then told me the best they would do is £400. They go for close to £1000 on eBay. There's making a profit then there's simply ripping people off. I said no worries and walked out with the phone - and they then had the cheek to look truly on shocked that I didn't accept their ridiculous robbery of an offer. The guy that served me looked homeless too, have a wash and a shave.

   Item sent out was faulty and not as described. Refund received. Wouldn't order from this store again. Won't give them one star as they were quick in issuing the refund, just frustrating they can't inspect/describe the items accurately.

   Well, i purchased a samsung tablet 2 hrs ago, it had a problem with charging..i took it back, they staff members were awesome..very understanding..an gave me back my money in full, i will continue to shop here.. Great staff attitude an service. This is from someone that teaches customer service an excellence. I am impressed

   Comparing to the other branches of Cash Converters which I have been dealing with in the past they really stand out. I don't remember the time in this country when the staff in store said to me: 'We are here for you as you are our customer' instead of showing some rude and snotty attitude (It was chap called Kevin who said that and this actually triggered me to post this opinion in Google - I really appreciate such attitude - it is very rare now to receive this level of professionalism in retail shops). Overall guys there are really helpful, they always trying to find the way to sort out the things in favour of you, even if you are late with some payments, you have missed the date when you have had to pay and in fact they are really friendly and polite. Top one - keep it going like this guys - triple A from me.

   As Cash Converter goes this is a decent store. The staff are really helpful and friendly. My son bought an Xbox 360 there yesterday, managed to get a bit of discount and now I can finally have a bit of peace. Was served by Kammy and Scott. 5 star service. Thank you :)
