Great service, My dachshund is extremely fussy having his nails clipped, almost to the point of making himself unwell. Everytime ive been here, they have fitted Reg in quickly. No fuss, lots of praise and get him back out again. Thank you for being so great with a very dramatic dog!
I’ve always been very happy with the service up until today, but sadly I had a very negative experience with one of the ladies who works here. I had never met her before but I feel she spoke to me rather rudely. I’m aware she had to cut my dog’s fur very short due to some matting as she missed her last groom as she was on heat, however, the result is really uneven and messy. She looks awful! I felt as though she blamed me for this and when asked why she was being so negative and if she’d rather me go elsewhere, she replied ‘you can if you want.’ Lastly, when she rang me, she was speaking with someone else as I answered the phone; I overheard her swearing and speaking quite negatively about someone. I didn’t find it to be very professional. Disappointed as I really liked it here, but it’s a very different atmosphere than what I’ve experienced before. It’s unlikely I will be returning on the off chance she’s working that day.
They were happy to work with my difficult dog when no other groomer would/could and have been doing a fantastic job. When the groomer he had built rapport with was leaving, the business owner offered us to remain with Muddy Pawz and use a new groomer or follow his current groomer to avoid regression: putting our dog’s needs first. We chose to follow his current groomer as she does an amazing job with him and we don’t know whether a new groomer would have the same success, but we feel terrible for leaving as never would have for any other reason. Cannot recommend highly enough. Caring attitude towards doing their best for your dog that goes beyond business.
Had such a great experience here. I called ahead to ask if they’d be able to trim my puppy Leo’s eye area and from the moment we arrived Ella was fantastic. She really listened to my concerns and was very speedy with the trim. She was also so kind and patient with Leo, as it was his first visit to the groomers. The rest of the ladies were very friendly and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks!
The mobile van used to groom my dog, Nikki was absolutely amazing…. happy & friendly and made a huge fuss of casper, Unfortunately she has left and the replacement they sent was dreadful, Casper still smelt like dog, he didn’t clip his nails or shave him but charged me £38 for it, I won’t be using them again and found another lovely lady.
I can't speak highly enough of Muddy Pawz. Our dog Toby struggles with being touched and is nippy at times but he loves going to the groomers. They are sympathetic to his needs and always make sure he's comfortable. He always comes out looking great too which is nice.
Excellent experience with my puppy with her puppy groom. Really well taken care of and came back perfect! Also gave good advise about grooming and future grooming as an adult dog. Would definitely recommend.
Took my dog for her teeth to be cleaned and nails to be trimmed as I always visit. Today, however was the first time my girl got her teeth cleaned! So pleased with the result. My dog seems happy too. Great service and so friendly! Thank you!
An incredible team who is friendly, professional, and patient. Best groom for our 12 year old springer (who has leg problems and pain which they were very careful with), who always looks and smells lovely after a visit. Can't thank them enough!
