   My husband ordered flowers for me for our anniversary, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The order was placed in advance, but when the delivery arrived, it was completely different from what had been ordered. When we called the company to raise the issue, their response was simply: “If you don’t like them, you can bring them back.” But how does that work with a surprise gift? By the next day, the roses were already wilting. We returned them within 24 hours, but no clear explanation was given about how the refund would be processed, and we didn’t even receive an apology. I had to go back to the shop twice just to get some resolution. Honestly, I don’t believe this bouquet was worth £60 – it looked exactly like something you could buy in ALDI, and it started wilting the very next day. Very poor quality and even worse customer service. I definitely do not recommend this company.

   Brilliant service! I arranged for two sympathy bouquets to be sent which were arranged beautifully, arrived in good time and were even delivered by Sue herself. I was updated for each step of the order and delivery process which was really helpful. Thank you, can't wait to use you again.

   Disappointed with the flowers I received for my birthday. The tulips were only fit for the bin after 5 days and the roses were browning. I did contact the florist prior to putting on my review only to be told I shouldn't expect more than five days from tulips but on reflection I've had much more life out of a £1.99 bunch of tulips from Lidl so yes... disappointed and won't be having flowers from here again.

   Absolutely brilliant. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I ordered flowers for my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary and just gave a description of what she likes and left it to the girls at Sue Bradley Flowers to organise. When I collected today I was delighted with what they prepared for me. They looked amazing. My wife was so pleased when I gave them to her. Thank you so much for making her day.    Great service!! I never normally leave review but I felt like the team here deffinetly deserved one. I ordered flowers for a friend last night at 8.15pm. I called this morning at 9.20am and asked if there was any possible way they could deliver them today before 11.30 as my friend was going out. The team advised they was super busy with funeral flowers but they would try their best. It was super important I get these flowers to my friend today and they had them delivered by 11.15 for me I’m so grateful. Truly exceptional service and will 100% be using them again!! The team was also nothing but lovely when I called them 100% recommended!! xx
