   Racheal has been doing our business accounts for many years. She is meticulous in her work and is completely above board. Her advice has been invaluable and her willingness to help at the drop of a hat, in person, to teach us how to use our online book keeping systems has been very much appreciated. She is extremely easy to talk to and communication has never been an issue. Racheal also helped a family member, for free, with their tax credits. She always goes above and beyond. Cannot recommend her enough. It’s a shame 1 person giving a bad review felt the need to duplicate it to get Racheal’s star rating down further. I feel this reflects more on that small business owner than it does the person they’re reviewing!

   Absolutely awful. No communication, no skill, no empathy. Accounts were submitted wrong, not to mention she had months at her disposal but rushed them in the last day. Very much a keyboard warrior, hides behind doing the absolute minimal while charging ludicrous amounts. I have never met a person with such little regard to their profession, especially when handling other people’s income and their legal obligations towards the HMRC. Avoid at all cost. Nasty person.

   Avoid at all costs! Late and rushed accounts which were blatantly incorrect. The best Rachael could say about her work when I questioned it was that it was 'adequate'. Even the regulator was unimpressed by the lateness of my accounts!! I run a small, part-time self-employed business and submitted my accounts well in advance of the end of my tax year. They were returned 24 hours before the deadline and were wrong. When I raised this with Rachael, there was no discussion and instead I was told to take it up with the regulator and that it wasn't her problem. Despicable.
