I have just received the most stunning flowers from Frames for Flowers. My elderly mum -who lives 250 miles away -phoned them for same day delivery after I experienced a bereavement. I can honestly say, the service and quality provided by these florists is first class. On the delivery date I had requested, snow was thick on the ground and you can well imagine what it was like at Denholme!! But, no problem, flowers were delivered on time and absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this florist and will certainly be using again.
I ordered 2 bouquets in water/boxes. Both were were delivered and were very pretty and much appreciated by the two different recipients. The lady who delivered the second bouquet came back to check if they were leaking, as there had been an issue with another delivery. On finding they were indeed leaking she immediately said she would bring another bouquet the same day or the day after. The next day another bouquet was delivered in slightly darker shades of pink to go with the original bouquet. Absolutely superb Customer Service. Thank so very much.
