   Bought flowers from here because I was desperate all of them looked unhealthy was overpriced for what it was regret not getting some from my usual florist who charges £15 less for same bunch and better quality and aesthetically pleasing surprised when seeing reviews!

   Karen very kindly did the flowers for our wedding at Jervaulx Abbey and what she created blew us and our guests away. Stepping into the marquee was just magical. She took a handful of inspiration photographs and created the most beautiful hedgerows for the aisle ends, marquee installations, stems for the tables and of course our bouquets and buttonholes. From the beginning, she understood the fairytale, whimsical style we were looking for and brought it to reality. The flowers were of the highest quality and even after three days of > 45mph winds and heat in the marquee they were still looking brand new! On top of all of that, Karen has an immense knowledge of flowers and creativity, but above all she is a very thoughtful, kind and practical person. She is just what you need in the run-up to your wedding day. Thanks very much again, Karen.

   We have been getting flowers from here for years and usually these are quite nice or at least people have said how nice they were when received them. The last lot though was a disappointment, I had requested purples but was lots of white and pinks, the leaves on the thistle type stems were going brown AND they delivered on the wrong day. This meant that as they was delivered early the people who they were for received flowers that were even less fresh and had all opened up. I did message them because they were early and not the colours I was expecting and wondered if there had been a mix up but they didn't even respond. That is an instant star drop.

   Bought a lovely bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday and Karen couldn't have been more helpful. I called down the day before her birthday and ordered the flowers and also asked Karen if she could fill some balloons for me I'd bought elsewhere. Karen not only carried out my request but she arranged with me a convenient time when to pick up the balloons. This was a huge help as I was struggling to find somewhere to hide the balloons for the big day. Thank you so much! She absolutely loved her balloons and flowers. I'll definitely be using Finishing Toucjes for future occasions:)
