Put a really big order in back in August 2022 for a close family wedding. Ordered loads of rose hair combs and paid £15 for 3 roses. Instead got 1 rose on the hair comb. Looked soo bad . Could see more comb then rose. Complete rip off. Then I ordered a grooms buttonhole. Showed a picture of what I wanted. Instead got something different. Ordered flower bracelets but they didnt fit. Wrong size. Wasted my money and time . Don't bother placing flower orders here . I rightfully complained to the manager and asked for a refund. Been chasing it for months. Still haven't recieved it! Manager is incompetant and lacks integrity. Not reliable at all!
