I'm new to the area and had a slight issue with my first order. I placed it the weekend they were moving and it got missed. I was offered a refund and my order delivered for free on the Sunday despite them not normally being open on Sundays. I declined and requested a refund only. I have subsequently made a further order with no problems and the flowers were very much appreciated and received positive comments from everyone who saw them. Since then I have made a six month subscription.
An excellent service. The lady at the shop called me as I had obviously entered the incorrect address on my online order. She was very polite and helped me to allocate the right house on the right street via us both using Goggle Maps. They may never have to go the right people if I had not used Erica. Erica Berry flowers provided the flowers for my wedding a couple of weeks ago. The flowers were sensational. Erica, Petra and her team went the extra mile with the flowers. My bouquet was magnificent- peonies in December! The colours were lovely and each arrangement was done with such care truly magnificent. There were many postponements prior to my wedding and Erica Berry Flowers were incredibly accommodating and supportive no request or change was a problem. Erica’s wedding flowers were absolutely breathtaking! Erica understood the vision we had for our flowers completely and is a complete expert in her craft. She helped guide us in creating our spring/woodland theme using seasonal blooms and foliage. She embraced our relaxed and natural style and was accommodating of my husband’s wish to build his own arch and allowed us to use some special spring heather from my Grandma’s garden! We made some changes to our original ideas adding some extra flowers as our other plans changed which was no trouble. She also supplied some flowers for our small civil ceremony that matched those planned for our wedding day. We couldn’t have wished for a more talented florist and we are unbelievably appreciative of everything Erica did for us in order to create such a wonderful day!
Erica and her team prepared the flower arrangements for our wedding at the Tithe Barn, Bolton Abbey. From start to finish, Erica was calm, clear and super organised - everything we needed during this exciting (but quite stressful period!). We cannot begin to express how pleased we were with the exquisite flowers on our wedding day. All of the arrangements – from the smallest buttonhole, to the bridal bouquet, to the flower arch were absolutely perfect, and exactly what we had hoped for. We were very prescriptive about what we wanted - unfussy, deconstructed, and very elegant - and Erica absolutely listened to this. Everything far, far exceeded all expectations (which, even by our reckoning, were already ridiculously high)! We really can't thank Erica and the team enough. Everyone - from my parents, to the venue staff themselves, were singing Erica Berry's praises throughout the whole day (and beyond!). Thank you!
We got married in March (2017) and Erica Berry did our bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, thank you bouquets and flowers for the ceremony and reception. Whilst we had a rough idea of the kind of arrangements/flowers that we wanted we were still somewhat overwhelmed and not entirely sure whether what we had in mind would work before we met – were they seasonal, would they match the colour scheme, would they have wilted before the evening do etc.? We had been to a few florists in the area to get ideas and quotes and Erica Berry were the only florist who actually produced albums of what they’d done before (including arrangements they had done in the venues we had booked). Looking through their diverse and elegant portfolio we were able to get a really good idea of what could work. Anyone currently organising a wedding will fully understand just how liberating it is when you find people you feel you can really trust and by the time we’d had our initial chat with Libby and Erica we knew they would produce something really personal and special! They were also able to help us overcome some challenges we had for example as we were getting married over Lent we couldn’t keep the flowers at the church so we were looking for something that could easily be taken and reused at the reception. Other florists had told us flatly that this just wasn’t possible – the flowers would have wilted or the shapes wouldn’t work. Libby and Erica immediately reassured us that there would be a solution so not to worry and indeed came up with some beautiful pew ends that could simply be re-used along with wall flowers that could be transformed into our top table arrangement. Furthermore we were, as it turned out, getting married the Friday before Mothering Sunday but despite undoubtedly being exceptionally busy they still delivered the flowers to the church and hotel with impeccable timing. They were also very professionally packaged in beautiful boxes and even smelt amazing, thanks to Libby’s creative idea to add rosemary to the bridal bouquets! I cannot thank and recommend Erica Berry highly enough – they truly care about the work they do which is evident in their expert advice, eye for detail and professionalism. We trusted them with our special day and we were not disappointed – in fact we loved our flowers so much we’re having them preserved to keep as a memento!
