    I spoke with one of the company subsidiary IFAs groups not too long ago now. Michelle under temple row was absolutely appalling to speak with, complete lack of respect during our telephone call, would not listen when I would take the time to speak and resulted to swearing down the phone, you could even hear her gossip with another colleague in the back ground and i found it absolutely despicable. Would never recommend for anybody to consult with the company, and certainly do not want to deal with Michelle again.
