   Jay has been a godsend, supporting me with my accounting since 2021. She's been super patience and understanding with me too simplifying hard to understand concepts into manageable chunks. She's someone you can rely on for tax returns, compliance management and any general concerns you might have about finance, HMRC etc. Most importantly, she always gets the job done and you can trust her.

   Thank you for your response, I would like to say’s this this experience has just been dissatisfying, not trustworthy and very unprofessional. You mentioned in me as a client became very challenging in what way like I said to you before it was a communication issue that you let go out of control. It was yourself that shouted abuse at me for just giving you a couple of calls an update on my tax returns. Yes I did call your head office what else would I do but when I spoke to Jo Rowland and James Macmanum they were not any better then you. I felt I was singled out and had no one to be supported from the abuse that Jay Gosal gave me over the phone. If that was the case when I came to pick up my tax papers why did you mention that you disengaged as a client in November last year and I did not received any letter or email that I have been disengaged as a client I paid you when you told me to so why are you lying to the people why don’t you be honest. When I spoke to Jo Rowland recently in April this year she was going to direct to someone else within the business but I didn’t see that happening either. What it really was the pressure was to much and they thought let’s get rid of some client and shout abuse and let him run around in circles what can they do. It not my reputation on the line it yours all I wanted was an apology and to resolve in some way but so be it thank you for your time goodbye.

   I'm a Managing director of a small engineering company in Coventry. My taxes were in a mess and I needed help.    Just after a few telephone conversations with Jay, I felt reassured about my tax and accountancy needs. She covered all of the right aspects of my needs with starting a limited company including questions which I intended to ask but forgot during the calls. I was happy with the fair quotation for their services and understanding of what was included. This was a relief as I was concerned about this aspect of my new business. I am happy to say I am on board now and have every confidence in Jay and her team. I will of course give another review as things progress, but for now I am very thankful for all her help so far.
