I was thrown into the world of 'tech' about nine years ago and found myself completing a monthly VAT return, without any prior knowledge whatsoever. Over the years, I've come across many hurdles (and shed a few tears!), but the staff at Greens have always been so helpful. Without their patience and understanding, it would've been impossible. Sam (Samantha) Phillips has been invaluable and I would be lost without her. Other staff members have also been excellent, as I've had IT issues that I couldn't understand.
