Avoid like the plague! They sub the book keeping out to India with seemingly little oversight. They made mistakes that meant our accounts were vastly out and we missed reporting deadlines with HMRC. Also very difficult to get a timely response to anything. Avoid!

I originally had a sticky start with Trinity the majority of which on reflection was due to my inexperience as a business owner. Having used their services for two and half years I have witnessed a steady improvement in the levels of support and now find them highly responsive. A special mention needs to go to Louis Scallon who has been outstanding since he took control of my accounts helping me out of a couple of binds of my own making over the last few months. The XERO tool is fantastic and would recommend to everyone with a small business irrespective of who does you accounting.
Moved to Trinity as Sam seemed the perfect fit. Seemed extremely knowledgeable with property etc. After the move things went downhill pretty much instantly. Sam was way too busy networking or doing useless Live streams on YouTube. Was left to deal with office staff who were waaaaaaaay under qualified to deal with any of our queries. Left them in less than 3 months. Rule number 1 - don’t advertise for new business if you can’t keep your existing customers happy. Wish I could give them a zero star.
