I can highly recommend the Tax Assist team as 100% reliable and professional in all matters relating to tax, self-assessment and HMRC. I’ve been a client for 15 years and they’ve made managing a buy-to-let property portfolio a much less stressful experience for me.
Just poor and unfit service all round sadly. 1) told me I didn’t owe any taxes only to find out by HMRC I did owe taxes and that HMRC had been charging me interest 2)Customer service was poor (I don’t expect emails answered within 24 hours but quicker than 4-6 working days for simple yes no question seems reasonable) 3) I’m trying to find out if I’ve been mistaken about point 1 but I’ve tried contacting them 5 times and no answer. Feels like they got paid and now trying to hide their mistake by ignoring me Shame really because they were getting 5 star reviews a few years back! Would’ve been easier, cheaper and less stress to just do it myself
