   Staff are rude. Called in today about 10am. Young asian girl more interested in looking in the mirror by the door doing her hair and chatting to her mate sat in the ear piercing chair than giving good customer service. Needs definitely more training and supervision.

   Went here a couple of weeks ago and the woman working was really nice, i bought a belly button ring for £25 which fell apart immediately after i opened it. Money down the drain. Edit: Claire's only replied to my review to look good. I emailed the address they told me to email and they said there was nothing they could do

   Avoid. Had an appointment at 10, booked through their website. Store didn't open till 10.30. We waited for them to open. Didn't open at 10.30 my 5 year old over excited knocked on the door to say we're here. Young girl gave her a dirty look and continued to wait behind the counter. I then waved her over to say we had booked an appointment that's why she was knocking on door and we didn't realise they didn't open till 10.30. Maybe their website needed updating so people are not waiting outside. She said we open at 10.30 check Google next time. The attitude was just awful. I decided not to get my daughter's ear pierced at this point at I couldn't cope with the rudeness. She said I'll open when I'm ready. My husband said she was excited that why she knocked on the door, she carried on shouting and saying we open at 10.30. We asked her not to raise her voice so she said I want you to leave. We said that's fine we'll go elsewhere. Bradford store loads better. Customer service excellent. Maybe the Halifax girl had a hangover and didn't want to be there. But won't be going there again. Sent an email to customer service

   Had the most fantastic experience having my ears pierced. I didn’t catch the name of the lady (short blonde hair, glasses, nose ring), but she was amazing. Calm, knowledgeable, confident and very kind. She explained everything so clearly and kept such a calm manner, it was all so reassuring. Within minutes I felt confident she’d do a very good job. All very clean and hygienic. Would highly recommend.

   Service is slow, and never seem to be acknowledged when waiting at the till and the staff are busy. I'm happy to wait but there's no basic customer service manners. However they are very quick to upsell

   Wanted to buy a gift card for a little girl on Sunday morning. The store's opening time on Sunday is 10.30. At 10.40 still not open. Called the store and the lady told me she was late because of the ice on the road. Ok, no problem. Then whilst waiting at the door my partner had been told that they're not going to open for another 10 minutes because she still had to do the till??? Sorry, but if the store's opening time is 10.30, shouldn't the till and other things be sorted before.
