   I would like to share my excellent experience of visiting this shop while looking for a diamond ring. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who initially helped me to see some of my preferred options up close. She then called over the manager of the store, Dan, when I wanted some more detailed information on the technicalities – given that I was a complete novice. I found Dan to be very knowledgeable and keen to share this information with me. Indeed, he was able to competently answer my increasingly technical queries on metal types, diamonds’ cut, clarity and so on. He mentioned that H. Samuel had allowed him the opportunity to attend a course on the subject and I felt that this, combined with his obvious passion for the area, had paid significant dividends when it came to informing the customer in a detailed manner. He was also very helpful in informing me about the various payment options available. In the end, I decided to buy the ring elsewhere, due to a personal preference on the design front. As such, I can’t speak to the actual sales process. I can, however, highly recommend visiting this shop and meeting the staff, especially if there is something that particularly takes your fancy design-wise. I am sure I will be back.
