Excellent garage. I moved a little further away but still make the effort to take my performance cars here over other independent garages. Abu does the best for your car.
Really disappointed. Would never give a negative review unless it was warranted. Got recommended to go to this place as they are supposedly really good. I don’t doubt that they are probably good mechanics but the experience I’ve had has been really poor. I booked in to get my car diagnosed and initially I was told it can take a few hours to get it checked. I left the car at 9am and didn’t receive a call back until 3/4pm that it was ready. I paid around £80 for this inspection but wasn’t bothered since i thought it would be covered by my warranty. I was explained what the issue is with my car and the mechanic was aware that I need to get this sent over to my warranty company to see if the work can be covered. I messaged the mechanic on WhatsApp and asked him to help me fill out a few things. All I needed was why the parts have failed and labour costs. He kept saying will get back to you and blah blah. I kept chasing him up but he would still not provide me with the information I needed. After 9 days, he finally got back to me and told me what I should enter on the form. I then needed a few more things such as parts required and costs. He opened my message on 18th December but has still not got back to me. Since then, the warranty company have closed my claim as it has exceeded the amount of time it can stay open for. This has meant, I cannot receive the money I paid for the diagnosis since the claim did not get filed and no work was booked in. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. I would never come back to this place. Simple customer service and communication can go a long way but at this place it’s nonexistent. It’s even more frustrating that this was a place recommended to me. Definitely would rather give the work to another garage.

Excellent service from beginning to end. They carried out a diagnostic and worked out what the problem was, fixed it within a day and put me back on the road. I would highly recommend them.
I've used this garage several times, and I'm happy to say that the service has always been excellent and reliable. The works are always carried out promptly, and the prices are always fair. I'm also aware that they've previously spent a considerable amount of time in the past sourcing the right components to secure me the best price but never compromised on quality. I've now recommended this garage to friends and family and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!

I have been using Goodwood Automotive for many years and have always been delighted with the service that Abu and Yas provide. Not only are they wonderful mechanics, as you would hope, but they are also remarkably accommodating and very well priced. I have noticed that many garages tend to start off reasonably priced, with their prices then gradually creeping up, but refreshingly this has not been the case with Goodwood Automotive. I would highly recommend them for their great customer service - very honest, friendly and efficient! Many thanks as always!!
