Very disappointing service. After an initial phone call with Chris and email exchange, I was ignored for weeks. I phoned the office to prompt a reply and sent an email directly to Chris - to no avail. I still haven't received a reply (a month later), and have subsequently taken my business to another local accountancy firm.
