Had five wheels refurbished on my Mercedes they are stunning nothing was to much trouble Danny was brilliant in making sure that I was happy with everything wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys
Poor finish and prep work. The wheels was off a week old car with VERY minor damage to a section of the paint. Was advised the wheel repair would make the wheel look like new, it came back and looked worse than if I hadn’t had the wheel repaired at all. Tried to resolve this but came to no avail with my messages being ignored. Refused to give any money back and I had to take the wheel elsewhere. Which the next company had a lot more work to do due to the poor work carried out by perfection. (They had sanded the wheel so much it had misshapen the wheel.) Avoid this company.
Completely rebuilt my scratched alloy wheel in a mere 4 working days! Extremely happy with the quality of the work done, and they managed to get it done so quickly I was able to go and see my father in his care-home for his birthday! Brilliant service. Highly recommended.
Perfection Alloys were recommended to me by a renowned body shop in Leicester. I was given a quote and took my Mercedes C Class Coupe to have the alloys done. WOW! I've recently had my Citroen DS3 in with Perfection, the wheels were pitted and badly damaged, afterwards they look brand new! The staff there are super helpful and super professional! Emily kept me in the loop and Danny explained clearly all the procedures the wheels went through! Super customer service, these guys really are 'Perfection!' I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
I had all four of my diamond cut alloys refurbished to a very high standard by Ben. Excellent communication, very knowledgeable and wheels now look as good as new! Very happy customer, would use again.
I couldn’t be happier with the wheel repair done by Perfection Alloys this week. For less than half the price of one new wheel, they made all four wheels look better than new. Each of the wheels had some damage, from quite minor to one which I doubted they could repair, it was that bad. Danny suggested painting the spoke accents to match the car colour…BMW Carbon Black…a notoriously difficult colour to match. When I saw the wheels after the repair, I couldn’t believe they weren’t new, except for the colour-matched accents. All four wheels look absolutely perfect. The company name of Perfection Alloys is dead on. In the end, I got four perfectly restored wheels for a very reasonable price…and extraordinary customer service from start to finish. I drove an hour to bring my car to Perfection Alloys, even though there are many shops closer to my home. I’ll drive there again if I need wheels done on any car I own. I’ve added two before pictures and one after. You won’t have to guess which are which. If I could give them six stars, I would.
They did an amazing job on my damaged alloy wheels. It took a few days, but certainly well worth the wait. My alloys look brand new! Great customer service also.
If you are looking for the best quality results and the ultimate in customer service, You MUST use this firm. From start to finish I received exceptional service from Danny and his team. I had one wheel which required attention, after completing the initial painting it became apparent that this required special paint and this was obtained and the whole complete process repeated. During this process I was kept fully informed and even had videos sent. I only dropped in one wheel, so it was difficult to judge the colour match and there was a very slight difference. Danny was insistent that I must be 100% happy and went well above and beyond to make sure I was fully happy with the end result. I now have all matching wheels and again a video sent, also in the video the car could be seen to have been protected from dust with a cover, which again shows the care and attention to detail they take. I can’t thank Danny and his team enough for such an amazing job the wheels look fantastic and what an incredible customer service.
