   Just wanted to say thank you to Rebecca. She resized and did some adjustments to my platinum diamond engagement ring. She finished it earlier than expected which was lovely of her and she was so kind and understanding and knew exactly what I needed as I have sensory issues esp with jewellery. I hope that now she’s done the adjustment I can start to feel more comfortable with it. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and have no doubt we will be back to ask about other jewellery and for her to design something. Thank you once again, I’ll be recommending you to others x

   I first went to Rebecca (Primo) for an empty ring box to propose with. I then returned with my Fiancée to look at rings. Rebecca sat down and spent 50 minutes with us going through options. In the end we decided to design our own with Rebecca. She spent lots of time with us over multiple visits, picking the perfect stones and design. There was never any pressure to commit to anything and in the end we got a beautiful bespoke ring for not much more than the off the shelf options. Rebecca also finished the ring early for us so that we could show it off to friends and family on holiday. Rebecca made the whole journey so much fun and both of us really enjoyed the journey of picking and designing the ring together. Highly recommended.

   Came to Primo m to get my wedding and engagement rings resized and they did an excellent job. I wasn’t sure I’d find somewhere that could do it properly but they were professional, knowledgeable, and the rings fit perfectly. I’m really happy with the service and so glad to be wearing my rings again. Highly recommend!

   Bought our wedding rings and my wife's engagement ring from here (way back pre-Covid so have only recently managed to get married!). Lovely and friendly owners who were very knowledgeable. I had no real idea of what I wanted in an engagement ring when I walked into the shop for the first time but their expertise and patience got the perfect bespoke result, and the engravings and quality of our wedding rings are equally good.

   They made a bespoke ring for me to mark a significant anniversary. It was inspired by my Grandmother's ring. They made a 3D printed proto-type first so i could OK the final design. The results is great, it is so nice to have something that no-one else has!

   Primo is hands down the best jewellers I've had the pleasure to use, they are the friendliest most helpful couple. They helped make an engagement ring for my partner come to life, from a dozen photos and ideas to the most stunning piece of jewellery. They sat with me and talked it all over, kept me up to date as it was being made, said they would be in the shop as n when I was free to see things or chat about certain bits throughout (I'm a lorry driver so my work times are late and long) which to me said they cared. All in all faultless customer service. They will not rip you off the prices are very very fair. And she said yes btw!
