Absolutely disgusting prices and behavior i have ever seen. I won’t recommend anyone to go there and buy any jewelry from them. They are terrible and tells everything wrong, they believe they are so smart to ripping off people but they are not.
I’ve been shopping at Laxmi Jewellers for years and the service has always been consistently professional. The staff actually know what they’re talking about; prices, product details, etc. They take their time with every customer. I’ve never once been spoken to rudely here. In fact, they’re patient even when the shop is packed and people are being demanding. The owner and his wife are respectful, fair and runs the business properly. That’s why I keep coming back. Beautiful jewellery, reasonable prices, and staff who treat you with respect. Would highly recommend!!!
Absolutely terrible. Staff are rude have no etiquette and knowledge about prices and product. I was a regular here, I had a bad experience last time but decided to give them benefit of doubt and visit again. I had to put some staff in their place after being spoken to rudely and dismissed. They went complaining to the aunty that owns the shop like they were crying to their mummy. They carry on the way they are they will lose a lot more custom. I took my custom to RAM jewellers where i was treated with respect and welcomed with knowledgeable staff and greeted with a smile. Never again Laxmi Jewellers you just lost a valued customer because of your incompetent staff and waiting around.
Stay away, absolute waste of time and energy. Walked in to buy something, expecting decent service at the very least. Instead, got met with attitude from staff who clearly have no idea how to deal with customers. They have hired young girls who look down on you, no product knowledge, no basic courtesy, just standing there like they’re doing you a favour. Tried to stay respectful, as always. I could hear the uncle speaking at the back, so I politely asked the girl, “Can you please call him?” thinking he might come out, say hello, and guide her if she wasn’t sure how to help us. She just replied, “He’s biji (busy).” I said again, “Please just let him know we want to say hello,” and again she comes back with, “He’s biji.” Really? Couldn’t even come out for a minute to acknowledge someone standing there ready to spend money? So I walked out, and guess what? Patani Jewellers got my money instead. Excellent customer service as always, no stress, no ego, just straightforward business. Laxmi Jewellers, you didn’t just lose a sale today. You lost a customer, a family, and all our future business. Shops like this won’t last long treating people the way you do. Stay away Avoid this place at all costs.

Bought a necklace and wanted a different size, they gave me a day to come back which I did, they then told me to come back the next day which I did; the necklace had not been measured correctly from both sides and had to be sent back to the warehouse, when I went with my mum again it still wasn’t in store, I was going away for the weekend so I asked my mum and dad to go into store to collect it for me, I rang them and was told they were again for 5th time made to hang around whilst they dealt with other customers who were spending more money therefore given more importance, and once again sent someone on a bike to collect the necklace from the warehouse? Not professional at all and will not be returning. My fuel and time wasted were not compensated for.
Absolutely terrible service. Ordered some items that were ready for collection well after what the delivery date was meant to be. Lack of communication from staff as I had to keep on calling for updates. Won't be recommending.
Turn around was a lot quicker than expected. Communication was excellent, kept me informed throughout the whole process. Have been using this jeweller over the last 40 years, since they were located on green lane road. Best in the game
Good to sell to you, but sadly they avoid you if you have problem. Too many people are let in and not enough serving, felt trapped in. We waited over 1hr to get served on an issue with our purchase - mixed metals. If you have the patience otherwise Avoid.
