   I am extremely disappointed with Ganpati Jewellers, especially as my family and I have been loyal customers for many years. A couple of months ago, I purchased a chain after spending a lot of money that I worked very hard for. Not long after, the chain unravelled on its own. The owner told me it would be sent away to be fixed, but I never once received a phone call or update. Every time, I had to call or visit the store myself just to find out what was happening. Each time I went in,they said they would try and fix it. The last time I went in was my final straw and they told me they couldn’t fix it. Despite this, I was never offered a refund only an exchange for something else, which I did not want. As a loyal customer who has supported this business throughout the year, I felt completely disregarded and poorly treated. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The owner was disrespectful and misleading, giving me false hope that my chain would be repaired when it never was. This experience has left me feeling upset and let down. I will definitely not be returning to shop here again, and I would not recommend this store based on the way I was treated.

It’s clear that Ganpati Jewellers not only selects staff with expertise, but also fosters a culture of warmth, trust, and integrity. The team made us feel welcome and valued from the moment we walked in. The quality of the jewellery, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall atmosphere made this a memorable experience. I’ll definitely return to Ganpati Jewellers for my wedding jewellery and future purchases they’ve earned my trust and loyalty.

   I came into the store this afternoon, saw what I liked (a gold ring), and came back same evening to buy. I was served by Darpana and she was very friendly and helpful and sorted me out a really good price. After reading the reviews on here, it made me more confident to buy. Will definitely be coming back here to purchase some more jewellery. Lovely big shop with lots to choose from. They have a really good variety of styles of jewellery. Overall really friendly and kind service. Thank you.
